Rebooting my Body & Breaking Bad Habits

The weight was nice to lose but it was more than that. I was sleeping better, more focused throughout the day, my vision seems sharper, I had less headaches, and my knee (which has been a problem since November) was better. But the best thing was that started to enjoy eating the foods I was putting in my body. I know that this was a lifestyle change that would affect me in such a positive matter for a long time and my hope is that by sharing my story, I can possibly help encourage others.

 

I just want our players in Coalition Lacrosse eating healthy foods so they can play to their best. Since the reboot I have had some of the things that I used to eat but I enjoy eating healthy now. I’m so glad I did it for 21 days. I know a lot of things come up and we get stressed out about different things but you can start feeling better by eating better.
