Coach Gafner's Thoughts on Tyler: "Tyler coached with for a couple years now and his teams love his passion for the games. He has a lot to share with his players but the thing I like about his coaching style is he asks a lot out of his players and wants them to set high goals for themselves."
WHY I COACH LACROSSE
I coach lacrosse to help grow the game and spread my passion for the game. Being a young coach it is very important for me to connect with our boys, I feel as if I can help them plan for college and stress how important education is. While I am currently in college, I find it helpful to share my past experiences as a teaching moment to help the kids learn from my mistakes and to help guide them in the right direction to find the right college or university for them. My playing days are coming to an end and what better way to stay involved in the game than be a coach. My overall goal as a coach is to make Coalition Lacrosse players a better player and student than I am myself.
